MIKE ROBINSON
Mike is a modern hunter gatherer.
Starting his career in some of the best restaurants in the Savoie region of France, today he is a Michelin-starred restauranteur. He has presented several TV shows, including Farming the Wild. Over the past two decades, he has mastered the art and craft of harvesting venison from the wild and today manages game on over 40,000 acres of private land in the UK to supply his restaurants, as well as his family table.
